I visited AutoPro needing a replacement part and whilst walking from the car park to the store I realised that I could repair the old part at a much lower cost. Toby not only helped me source the parts but lent me a screwdriver to fix it on their counter whilst they served other customers. He also showed me a parts catalogue that showed me the correct wiring. Very helpful and exceptional customer service. This all made sense when I asked after Janice’s name (who I spoke to on the phone) and Toby said that Janice was his mum and “this is a family business”. I won’t be going anywhere else for car stuff from now on. Thanks for your help guys. Much appreciated, Adrian
